  To raise food allergy awareness by promoting education, while providing support to Members and their families.






Cristina Stainkamp is President of Protect Allergic Kids (PAK), a non-profit organization for Food Allergies, Anaphylaxis and other allergic diseases like Eosinophilic Disorders and Celiacs, established in 2006.

   At our group meetings, we like to build a network of support for parents and caregivers.  PAK is available for presentations in Long Island, New York.  PAK accepts donations to fund education and research to find a cure.

Anaphylaxis affects one in 17 children under the age of 3.
Parents of food-allergic kids state that nutrition, safety, education, stress, fear and isolation are the top concerns.
Anaphylaxis is a serious allergic reaction that is rapid in onset and may cause death.
Until there is a cure, vigilance can save a life.
