Gingerbread Cookies
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp.baking soda
1 tsp.cinnamon
1/2 tsp.ginger
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup corn oil
1/4 cup water
Combine all the ingredients and make a dough,put it in the fridge and let it chill for at least an hour. Then roll it out on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut cookies out and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
